Selectmen's Meetings
Selectmen's Meetings are usually held on the second and fourth Monday of each month at 7:30 pm. They are carried live on Millis Community Media. The meetings replay on alternate Mondays and on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Check monthly listings for times.


Finance Committee Meetings

The Finance Committee meets on Wednesdays at 7:30 pm during the budget season prior to Fall and Spring town meetings. The meetings are carried live on Millis Community Media and replay on the weekends. Check monthly listings for times.


Planning Board Meetings

The Planning Board meets on Tuesdays as needed once or twice a month at 7:30 pm. The meetings are carried live on Millis Community Media and replay on alternate Tuesdays at 7:30 pm and weekends. Check monthly listings for times.


Millis Town Meetings

Town meetings are held twice a year on the first monday in November and May at 7:30 pm. The meetings take place in the Millis Middle/High School Auditorium. The meetings are carried live on Millis Community Media. They are replayed on the weekend following each meeting and for a couple of weekends afterwards.Check monthly listings for times.


30 Minutes With...

This public affairs program is hosted by Millis Community Media board member Len Forman. The program features timely topics of interest to the commnity. Recent shows included town budget discussions, DPW updates, and a visit with Jim Roberts, a Revolutionary War re-enactor who will be coming to Millis for a special three day event at Oak Grove Farm, October 15-17, 2010.  The program airs on Mondays at 7 pm and replays on Thursdays and weekends. Millis After Dark
This half hour program features people and places of interest in town. It is hosted by Carol Coakly and includes studio and field segments. Recent programs included a local woman's trip to aid Haitian earthquake victims, the new summer swim teams, and the Millis AMVETS "Packages for Patriots" project. Check monthly listings for times.


Health and Wellness Programs

Millis Community Media features many programs on health and wellness Most are produced by Patty Quinlin, Director for the Council on Aging. Recent programs include "Medication Management," "Make it Mediterranean: The Benefits of the Diet and Lifestyle," "Taking Care of Yourself and Others," and "ID Theft." Check monthly listings for times.


Gardening and Nature Programs

Gardening and Nature programs are produced by the Millis Gardfen Club and local wildlife photographer George Trumbour. They are taped quarterly. Recent programs include "Succulent Gardening," "Composting Your Garden," and "Butterfly Gardening." Check monthly listings for times.


Millis Public Library Programs

Millis Public Library programs offers two different author programs on Millis Community Media. The Children's department features "Monday Night at the Library" with various authors during the school year. The Friends of the Library offer special presentations with authors reading from their latest books and interacting with the audience. Check monthly listings for times.


Vikings Football

Viking players' parents produce games throughout the season. The games air on Thursdays at 7:30 p.m. and replay at various times. Check monthly listings for dates and times. 


Mohawk Sports

A variety of boys' and girls' varsity sports games are covered during the school year. Check monthly listings for dates and times. 


Historical Society Presentations
The Millis Historical Society presents a number of special slide shows throughout the year. Programs include The Burning of Medfield, The King Phillip Wars, The Life and Images of Walter Prescott and The History of the Jewish Hotels of Millis. Check monthly listings for times.
